Terms of use

By creating a Vibecheckqr account or using a business's Vibecheckqr page, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

• You sign in with your email. Keep access to it — anyone who can read your email can sign in.
• You must have the right to represent the business you set up, and the information on your page must be accurate.

Plans & billing

• Founding members (the first 100 businesses) get 12 months free. After that, or for later sign-ups, paid plans are billed yearly at the price shown when you subscribe.
• Add-ons such as WhatsApp message credits are billed separately and are non-refundable once used.
• You can cancel any time; your page stays live until the end of the paid period.

Payments from your customers

UPI and other payments go directly from your customer to you. Vibecheckqr doesn't take a commission on them; your bank or payment app's own charges may apply.

Reviews

• Businesses may reply to and feature reviews but may not edit them or post fake ones. Customers choose whether feedback is public or private.
• We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

Your customers' data

You are responsible for using your customers' details only for the purpose they shared them (rewards, bookings, orders) and for honouring opt-out and deletion requests. See our privacy policy.

Service

We work hard to keep Vibecheckqr available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
