Refund & cancellation policy

Vibecheckqr is a software subscription (SaaS) for businesses. This policy covers payments made to Vibecheckqr for Vibecheckqr plans.

What you pay for

• A yearly plan in Indian Rupees: ₹1,000/year for founding members, ₹1,999/year after that.
• It is a one-time payment for 12 months of access. Plans are not renewed automatically.
• Everything is delivered online — there are no physical goods or shipping.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy within 30 days of your first payment, write to us and we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked.

After 30 days

• Plans are not refundable after 30 days, but you can cancel any time and your page stays live until the end of the paid year.
• Add-ons such as WhatsApp message credits are non-refundable once used.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) within 5–7 working days, as processed by Razorpay and your bank.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email us with your business name and the email you signed up with. We reply within 2 working days.

Payments made by your customers to you (UPI, cash) go directly to you; refunds for those are between you and your customer.
